As a user in Piecesmeal, you can use Pieces to obtain exclusive content. There are two ways to obtain content, Consuming Pieces or Combining for Access.

Consuming Pieces

When to consume pieces:

• Access downloadable content like PDFs, music, or artwork

• Obtain content on other platforms

• Exchange for other digital goods

Consuming is ideal when you want immediate, one-time value from your piece, especially for time-sensitive content.

Combining for Access

By selecting Pieces on your '/pieces' pages, and by spending $Tribal tokens, you can obtain Accesses to content *if you combine the right types of Pieces and spend the right minimum amount of $Tribal*.

Why combine pieces:

• Unlock content libraries that remain accessible over time

• Keep ownership of your Pieces

Adding $Tribal tokens can increase access chances for highly sought-after content.
